General's Cry with Charged Dash, mirages use player charges for release (around 30-50% less damage)

I wanted to repost this since after a multiple bug threads and some investigation within them it was discovered why Charged Dash didn't do any release damage and it still has not been fixed.
Results of testing on act 6 beach zone boss (for my charged dash I fully converted to lighting and then used no elemental damage gem) - with 5 player charges 1 mirage managed to kill the boss at around 1:50 - 2 mins - without player charging charged dash, 1 mirage killed the boss at 3:40 - 4 mins Also this doesn't affect other channel strike skills like Blade Flurry, Blade Flurry without and with max player charges killed the boss around the same time, I didn't test cyclone.
