why is it 13GB if only for backend stuff?

ye i was actually kicked from the game due to the patch.
I downloaded the 13 Gb and then the PS5 said unable to install? So i had to delete the patch, then when i re-started the patch download it was 900MB ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |
