I also was asking for such kind of bag in this forum for about two years and I swore not to play this game any longer as this "bug" (for me its a bug) is not fixed. And its not fixed and I didn't play this game any longer ..

I'm game. I had a quad for 20% quality gems. It's full and half way through a regular tab:
