Account Banned by administrator

Hi,

I got Banned.

I do not know why. All I know is the following:

As of late, I've been disconnected from the game where it just closes without reason at random.

I only make use of POE Overlay for trading and responding to trades. I use

I have been doing more public gaming at parties than normally, be more involved in trading on poe.trade and pathofexile.com/trading. I use fuze.tv & Gazoom to take screenshots and recordings of interesting stuff.

I've even randomly gotten great support from the community where they helped me out with allot of poe trading tips and gearing tips and how to do certain builds. Also got allot of stuff from people so that I can learn how to craft my own stuff with guidence.

as I was busy leveling my champ in last few quests I just got disconnected all of a sudden and that was after at random 2-3 people joined my party after a few minutes.

Is this because I reported people ingame on inappropriate names as I see them not being banned, is it because people helped me out? Is it because I spend more gaming time on than what I normally do?

I'm failing to understand that only know after I put in allot of time in effort into the game I got banned. Are people not allowed to give me stuff.

I'm confused. I even had to open an alternative account to write this.

GGG doesn't offer (allow) account support via the forum.
All account support is ONLY handle via e-mail so you will have to e-mail GGG support directly for this and appeal the ban.
Remember to put all relevant information that you want GGG to consider into this e-mail, while processing your appeal.

pretty sure trade overlay is not a safe software to use nowsdays. But i can't tell did you use rmt

but ban is ban, you can appeal it via email but made the issue public does not help

Thank you, I have appealed the ban directly on my main profile and awaiting feedback now. Hopefully, it can get resolved.

Very unfortunate man the ban system is all over the place. People over the last months have been supposedly getting banned through shit algorithms wrongfully banning people (some) be grateful this happend to you early without thousands of dollars invested into your account worrying if you have to be banned over programs THAT ARE BTW SUPPOSED TO BE 100% ALLOWED BY TOS and they are banning people cuz they can. In reality this makes them look terrible has been giving people insane anxiety for months and yet here we are months later people still being banned, posting on forums with alt accounts in confusing . PURE DISUGST GGG WHAT IS YOUR ISSUE ???????????? I really hope this problem is resolved so they can make a public announcement and can work on their trash trading system instead of banning their players. I'm actually feeling sick writing this its pure DISGUST. These macros should only COPY FROM CLIPBOARD , not interacting with the game client no API OVERLOAD and F5 hideout button is 1 press. Meanwhile they give no idea on what it is and continue to ban people. Sorry you were apart of this mess man hopefully it clears up soon. If this wasn't about the Macro well then GG. Or Could be you said "public gaming" could be under different ips but then they might have only locked your account not banned? Also mind posting your original account so we can take a look at it for ourselves?
