remove ligthning warp bad screen shaking visual effect for party members

Hi,
One of my friend I map with is using "lighting warp" for movement skill. everytime he uses this skill my screen is "shaking"... its a short vibration effect that is really annoying and tiring for the eyes, especially when there is a lot of action. this effect doesn't occur for the one who use the skill... only for those around him. i think you can turn off all screen shake from game option
