enduring composure on small cluster jewel armor related - deactivated ?

Hi,

is crafting the notable "enduring composure" on small armor related cluster jewels still possible ?

I spent about 120 alteration, 50 chaos orbs and round about 40 orbs of alchemay + 40 orbs of scouring to be sure...and I got nothing.
These are more then 200 tries.., I should have hit it.
Bad luck or a deactivated receipe ?!?

Does anyone know more ?

the jewel need to be ilvl 68 i think, did you check that?

On top of ilvl, it has a weighting of 261

While other notable such as Uncompromising, has a weighting of 696

I don't have the full list of rollable mod, but 261 is probably a rare mod

Ah, thats it! Thanks for your help. I did not check the ilvl, because
I assumed incorrectly, that it had to be a higher level jewel. Turned
out, I was wrong for this special jewel.

But I also know for sure, that sometimes certain things, f.e. monster types, receipes.. just "dissappear" prior to a new league/expansion without GG letting anyone knowing it.
