About Secrets of Suffering; Scorch, Brittle and Sap.

Enemy elemental resistances lowered by up to 30%
Up to +15% chance to critically strike afflicted enemies
Affected targets deal up to 20% less damage

I can't find any numbers on how much damage you would need to max these out? Basically all I can find about these is that they "have a slightly different calculation compared to ignite, chill and shock as they have lower caps on their magnitudes".. How low is this cap?

Devs will give you vague approximations.

"Life Threshold for Ailment calculation is a little less for bosses like Shaper..."
"Caps on Scorch/Brittle/Sap is lower than the one for Chill/Freeze/Shock..."

This is, most of the time, all you will ever know about some game mechanic, unless you are very lucky and they actually give you some numbers with a Patch Note. Really difficult that would happen.

In doubt, hit the hardest you can and build up as much "+x% Increase Ailment Effect" you can. No, seriously.
