I'm just wondering what is that. I found two of them in few maps. Unfortunately screenshot only one. Any idea?

that's the end of the Transportation lil quest from Betrayal.
the caravan is going til this gate, if you cant stop the caravan before it enters the gate, you fail the quest. |

That's the goal of the syndicate transport mission that you either haven't activated or already dealt with.
