Physical Attack Damage Leeched As Life

Sorry because of my bad English.
I don't really understand the "Physical Attack Damage Leeched As Life", is that lore use for physical spells or only basic attack from weapon?.  Last bumped on Dec 26, 2020, 6:03:26 AM

it requires BOTH of these:
the damage is PHYSICAL (not elemental, not chaos) the damage is ATTACK (not spell) So, physical attack damage leech will work with Cyclone (physical + attack), but NOT elemental hit (elemental + attack) , and not Blade Vortex (physical + spell) Last edited by Thror2k5#7154 on Dec 25, 2020, 2:05:37 PM

bladefall and bladeblast are both spells. you wont find many ways to leech life with them.
chieftain has 'fire damage leeched as life', so if you convert them to FIRE damage, that will do it. elementalist has 'elemental damage leeched as life', so if you convert or gain phys as extra ele damage, that will leech you can leech energy shield, with either "energy shield leech support' gem, or passives on the tree. but most forms of spell leech (life and mana) no longer exist in game. |

Physical spells are the hardest to leech life but there are still some ways you can go without converting the damage to elemental or converting to energy shield build.

there is also a delve mod from physical items nodes that is physical damage leeched as life(not specific to attack or spells).
will be more difficult to get as only one source |
