Banned for AFK / high amount hours gameplay

Hi, everyone. Want to share you story about ban-wave which was on 17.12.2020. Was afk last 2 week in game because league already end and events week started. Lowest amount trades on market, selling end league gear stuff and other. Was in game and got kick from server. After it tried to login with message Account suspended/banned by admin (https://i.imgur.com/R0KIqBd.png) .

After this I sent message to support from email and they said me you should join via account on site and make ban appeal. Wrote about situation and described all actions which I made last month, 500 symbols nothing for appeal and I added some words with additional screenshots and client.txt file on it but they said me your ban appeal not appealable (https://imgur.com/a/BJuCVhy) and your account was banned permanent for "Breaching Terms of Use" . In additional sent message with ban info and GDPR data request (1 week ago without answer on it https://imgur.com/a/3j3edHL) on full info about account because account was banned for botting, storage and RMT. But idk why? If you talk about botting, i want to know who registered acc’s on my IP address or my name. Btw they answered on my appeal quickly, around 2h to get solution, when other people get answer from them around 2 week. STRANGE.

All this league I got one point, get a lot of currency as I possible to buy legacy gear on STD for Harvest bugged map farming. Need around 10-15 mirrors to get other 60% gear. Started this league after 2-3 week from start. Was pointed on depth delving (https://imgur.com/a/ZaIgKpR) but before need to gear up carry + aurabot build. For 6k depth need around 800-1000 exalted orb and 600-1000 ex to gear both characters. Me and my friend aimed on farming 5 delirium orb maps. Pure profit from it around 60-100ex/day. Sometimes when I tried to buy small currency like alt, alchemy or vaal I seen bots which spamming msges with selling and put random stack of currency in trade window like this one https://imgur.com/a/bd6lXyH. Also 0 achieve's guys which buying selling their mirror when u want to flip them here https://ibb.co/7Q47BTh. For last 1.5 month I dig up to 9.3k depth level and got some mirrors in stash. Everyday gathering fracture fossils and selling them talk about huge currency conversion, but what wrong with it? It's violate game rules? If you ban for botting that mean I should have ton of acc’s and farm alt in acts like all bots, but what if I play around 10h day, make same action like open map, get suplhite and join azurite mine, also some hours afk in game while working or study. If I make trade action with bot traders, my account tagged like bot? Should all of it call botting? I also know about your detection system which banning bots on trade. Other question what I should to do with huge amount of currency in stash? I store it for future, or maybe I should delete it all? Other question about RMT. If I storage currency, not selling it and never made this action. Why are u tagged my account RMT?

I really don’t understand GGG policy with rules. I can't waste my time in your game? I really enjoy play this game, but when i got this hit, i lose interest in game. If any of this action violate rules, im sorry about it and can someone explain me with all of it?
