The cowards trial map

Does any one know where the cowards trial map (t16) drops? Or how to find it?
I can't find information about this.
I see it is very expensive in poe trade, and I had one, but I can't remember where it came from.

Usual rules...

If you've completed it, it can drop from anywhere if the level is right.

If you haven't completed it yet, you'll need to drop it from the base map, which is Cursed Crypt.

You can probably also get it from places that don't follow normal rules, like Metamorph, but the drop rate is very low. So you can either run a lot of t16 Cursed Crypt, or buy it in trade.

If you decide to grind for it, be sure you can only drop t16s in that octant.

Do you mean that it can only drop in Lex Proxima maps t16?

After you've completed it your first time, it can drop from any t14-16 map. (If I'm remembering correctly that unique maps work the same as non-uniques.)

But as you grind for it, whether your first time or later, you want to be sure you have 4 stones only in Lex Prox. If you can only drop t16 maps in Lex Prox and nowhere else, then your odds of getting either more Cursed Crypts or the Cowards Trial itself will be higher if the only t16 maps showing are the ones in Lex Prox.

Don't forget you can also chance it. If you find a Cursed Crypt map and you have nothing better to do with that Orbs of Chance, throw them at those Maps. Who knows when you get lucky...!
