Radeon (rx 580) fps/graphics problems after driver update to 20.12.1 (maybe vsync)
I updated to the latest radeon driver for my rx 580. Afterwards i got very bad graphical issues when moving in the mine encampment. FPS jumps from 20-120 and the whole screen looks/feels awefull when moving.
I noticed that this behaviour is "fixed" if I disable vsync in the game options. Both, the fps stays constant (obviously) and the visual problem in the screen are fixed. The issue occures both with vulkan AND directx11. However, disabeling vsync for directx11 only fixes the issue in the encampment and breaks in the mines (playing hc btw, not fun ;)). With vulkan and vsync disabled the game is playable. Before the graphics card driver update I played with directx11 and vsync enabled without problems.
