Xoph's blood not allocating avatar

I'm running a molten strike build. I got a xoph's blood that has an enchantment "allocate lava lash". I notice avatar of fire is not allocated on my passive tree. Is this negated by the lava lash, or is it not truly allocated by xoph's blood and I'm misunderstanding?

Both passive are not showing in passive tree and intended.

Lava lash shows, avatar of fire does not. Also, I was in a map where I definitely took physical reflect damage, but I thought one of the benefits of avatar of fire was dealing no non fire damage?

" Xoph's Blood (anointments excluded) does not allocate any passive skill at all, it just grants you the same effect as the Avatar of Fire keystone would. With Avatar of Fire you cannot deal non-Fire damage and consequently cannot deal physical nor take reflected physical damage.
