Question about Extractor Mentis

So I'm playing SSF and the Extractor Mentis Agate Amulet dropped for me. I know its practically worthless in price but I've found it incredibly useful. It helps me meet my STR and INT requirements not to mention the onslaught and holy might near constant buffs are awesome. Is this just a placebo or is the item actually undervalued?

It's not that its bad, its that there are MUCH better ammulets, not to mention not buffing mobs on kill.

But in SSF, you use what you find.

Eventually, you should craft a MUCH better ammy.

SSF is all about the crafting.
