Atlas map and bonus objective still show as incomplete after completing Ancient City Map

I finished a Rare Ancient City Map, killed the boss, full cleared all enemies and the bonus objective and Atlas Map still show as incomplete.

It is Atlas bonus objective or Awakening objective?

Awakening is still incomplete but that is correct, I haven't completed awakening yet. However, bonus objective and the Atlas Map line that displays if I have completed the map before is still showing as incomplete.

A screenshot showing zero remaining and the map mods (showing rarity) along with a bug report number would have proven your case. Next time include those things so GGG can verify a bug and put it on their fix list.
