Directx 11

I have direct x 12 with windows 10 and I've tried installing direct x 11 that doesn't show up in dxdiag, seeing as it's meant for window 7.

I was wondering if anyone here with windows 10 knows how to install it.

The other option is if anyone knows the best low setting...Not really much of a computer geek but I can't do a 6 man map of any kind without series lag + blurry or crashes, with my AMD Radeon R9 370 (2026 Vram) graphics card.

DirectX 12 is backwards compatible with older versions of DirectX. This means you don't have to install older version of DirectX as you already should have all required files. Also, if you would miss any part of older DirectX, the game would refuse to run completely.

If you face performance issues, try with Vulkan instead DirectX renderer to see if you get better results (you can switch the renderer in options in login screen, also, you might need to update graphics drivers).

Also you can check the power settings in windows if you are running at least "balanced" or "high performance" profile. The powersafe/silent profile can seriously cripple performance even on newest hardware.

The "blurriness" is result of Dynamic resolution setting in the in-game graphic option menu. Its purpose is to sacrifice graphic fidelity to gain extra FPS when needed.

Also, note that 2GB graphic card is nowadays considered as absolute minimum. The PoE overtime increases its complexity and requirements for hardware, so it might not be enough nowadays. Unfortunately, as I am not party player (SSF is my way of life), I can't comment on if the fact you are running with 5 different players is putting your GPU over the limit; but if you are able to run maps solo, and have only problems when other people are around you, your GPU (and also/or maybe your CPU) might be the bottleneck for your gameplay.

I can't select Vulkan. The drop down option can't be accessed. I had thought this was because it couldn't access direct x 11 or any other renderer.

Since it's backwards compatible, I'll stick with it and change a few settings. Maybe even change realm to EU from Texas (I'm in the EU). Also, yeah, my pc was set to low on the power settings, lol.

Lastly, I think I'll get a new graphics card, thank you very much!
