How to manage 100+ IIQ ?

Im just wonderin' how to get 100+ IIQ...

rings/necklace/boots/gloves/helmet are your main spot choices really. I'd try to get 100% of iir and iiq then optimize DPS. I see your name has EK in it, but I'm unsure of your build, regardless you could use Goldwyrm boots for iiq, then the rest of the spots you just mix and find high rolls, for instance 40% rarity helm with iiq on it, etc.

16% from both rings and ammy net you 48%, goldwyrm boots can get you up to 30%, sadimas can get you up to 24% and perandus blazon can get up to 12% for a total of 114%iiq. those same iiq rings and ammy can have about 30-40%iir on them as well netting 90%iir then you can fit a 30-40%iir helm and there is a 30-35(40?)% iir axe.

or you could go for 2 andivarius rings instead for less IIQ but way more IIR

You can make better rings and neck: You can get 50% rarity with just white jewelry and your rings and neck only give you 57%.

I threw some crappy IIQ rings on my sporker. You can obviously get higher IIQ on rings as well.
