Ryzen 5 3400G is enough for PoE?

Hi all!
I'm trying to make a cheap pc build for PoE, but I'm not rly good and I need your help. I was wondering if a Ryzen 5 3400G (with Radeon RX Vega 11 graphics) can be enough to play with good graphic options without problems. In the future I will buy a good GPU... I think it'd be all right for 1080p. May have to be low settings but I've run PoE on medium on worse CPUs in the past. For some refence, here's a Rainbow Six Siege benchmark. You'd want to get a dedicated GPU as soon as possible though
