Rampage on Bisco's leash

Is it possible to start a map with Bisco's leash, kill one mob, get the Rampage, quick switch to Head Hunter and continue the kill-streak with the Rampage?

The Dancing Dervish/Duo will disable after Rampage start, but you will still be on rampage. By that logic, once you start Rampaging with your Bisco (which is not what "one single mob" can do), you should be able to switch to HH and keep rampaging until you run out of kills

It works. But I'm surprised it does. It's a form of snapshot which GGG got rid of a long time ago. I wonder if there are any others that still exist.
