Is it possible to change socketed colours of a corrupted item?
So... I remember this was available in the past using Crafting bench.
It was chroms + vaal for new colours in corrupted items. What about now? Is it still possible? How? Where? I remember it was available in the past so dunno if GGG removed it from the game or what Thanks a lot My end, it justifies my means, All I ever do is delay, My every attempt to evade, The end of the road And my end.... Yes, you can change sockets of corrupted items using the crafting bench. The crafting recipes for sockets are in delve.

You can by using the Color recipes you can find in Delve. Remember that you will need not only chromatic, but an equal quantity of Vaal Orb in order to apply those crafts on corrupted items.
If you just want to fully reroll colors on a corrupted item (for example, you got a Shadowstich which is not exactly the colour you want), the lowest craft (at least 1 socket of a colour) is faster and will require 4 Chromatics AND 4 Vaal Orbs for each reroll. If you actually want up to 3 sockets of a certain colour, get ready to hoard a lot of Vaals Also, since they are corrupted, you cannot use Vorici's benches in order to craft white socket in there. As jeerinho pointed out, Skin of the Loyal/Lords, and any other items with "Sockets cannot be modified" cannot use this exploit in order to recolour it - either use them as they are or vendor them for Chayula Splinters Finally, Hand of the High Templar can be recolored whenever you want, since the "Corrupted" properties do not apply to it |
