Anointing corrupted amulets and rings

Add a new oil called Corrupted Oil. You decide how rare it is, maybe average on the spectrum, maybe rarer than Golden Oil. There should be a 4th hidden slot in Cassia's anointing menu, only visible when a corrupted oil is ctrl+clicked from inventory. (EDIT: If the 4th slot was visible when the item that is in the amulet/ring slot is corrupted, it would be better)

Some corrupted unique rings and amulets are not chance-able. This would be a great way to upgrade those to the 2020 standard, I believe.
