% INCREASED ARMOUR and SHIELD, help !

Hi guys, how does this % works ?
I got an armour: 598 armour 119 energy shield ... stats ... 157% increased armour and enegy shield. Will i get 1000+ armour and 250+ energy shield ? Coz when i equipped it, it didnt seem like it happend. My stats didnt go up that much. :( Help please! :) Last bumped on Nov 8, 2020, 2:01:43 PM

the % increase is already applied to the item.
look at these 2 astral plates (same base item, same base armor). they each have 30% quality. but one of them also has 70% increased armor craft. the one with the 70% has much more armor, because its already calculated in the armor display. |

The shown stats (598 armour, 119 ES) are already the result of the 157% increase.

increase and reduce mod are additive to each other, and sometimes local and global mod
