didnt get Gianna, Niles or Vinderi

I have 3 chars playing from day 1, did a lot of maps and a good amount of Heists and none of them got Gianna, Niles or Vinderi`s green contract. I did all green contracts that I received, got several thiefs to lvl 5, atlas is 140/112 awak 8.
Cannot be RNG :)
Anyone got same problem or is it on my part?

I have played Hyck for few contracts and Nile appeared, Vinderi also.
I am going to play vinderi a bit and Gianna will show, so this is the way to unlock them
