I recently done All Ears and the wiki page for it is not 100% correct.
This achievement is tedious, but wiki is an external source... |

do you know where the wiki is incorrect and which ones are missing?

You have to receive the quest to kill Tukohama from Tarkleigh (and have not yet killed Tukohama) for Bestel to have that option. Tarkleigh offers the quest once you have visited the Mud Flats in Act 6 (before doing the Eye of Conquest).
