What is a Cast Time for attack skills in the Wiki?
For example Double Strike: https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Double_Strike
Cast Time: 1.00 sec Attack Speed: 80% of Base Ingame there is only "Attack Speed" which is right as it is attack not spell. But why does wiki have it for all attack skills? Last bumped on Nov 1, 2020, 1:50:11 AM

This is what the wiki says:
Attack, Melee, Strike, Physical Mana Cost: 5 Cast Time: 1.00 sec Attack Speed: 80% of Base Effectiveness of Added Damage: (91%-112%)Performs two fast strikes with a melee weapon.Per 1% Quality:1230.5% increased Attack SpeedDeals (91.3-112)% of Base Attack Damage Adds (3-113) to (5-169) Physical Damage against Bleeding Enemies 25% chance to cause Bleeding +(0-2) to Melee Strike Range It is my understanding that the "cast time" listed there is for use in PVP. There are some strange calculations that go on for nerfing damage in PVP and that calculation uses a "cast time", so they had to add "cast time" to attacks. It has no effect on your skills if you don't PVP. Last edited by Odif#4251 on Nov 1, 2020, 1:39:09 AM

I just found this
https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Cast_time https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Cast_speed Cast time and cast speed are different things I am still confused how Cast-time and Attack-speed are connected. Probably indeed pvp thing, then I don't care much. Last edited by Mmmoooz#4313 on Nov 1, 2020, 1:00:36 AM
