Question about Flesh and Stone - Maim support

Hi, I´m following a build (physical Schockwave totem) and it uses as aura the combo Flesh and stone - Maim support (both linked). How does this work? Doesn´t the maim support affect only attacks?

Appart from this aura it uses pride, zealotry, discipline, skitterboots.

Thanks

Maim support has "Enemies Maimed by Supported Skills take (10-14)% increased Physical Damage". It doesn't specify attacks so it applies to spell damage as well. Flesh and Stone has "Nearby Enemies are Maimed while in Blood Stance". Maim debuff by itself that you get from flesh and stone only reduces movement speed, but adding maim support makes maimed enemies also take increased physical damage damage
