Celestial weapon effect not applying to both weapons when dual wielding

I see that the Celestial weapon skin only applies to the weapon that has the skin selected. This is unlike all the other MTX weapon effect skins that I have. All the others apply to both except the Celestial. This seems out of the ordinary due to all the others applying to both.

" as far as I know, ONLY weapon MTX's from supporter packs "works" with dual wild. All other you will have to buy 2. |
