Font of Thunder + RF = 40% Fire Damage Reduction to DoT

Title pretty much says it all.
I took my lightning resistance to -1% and the degen from RF wasn't ticking down my health. I take off Font of Thunder and the degen starts ticking down my health. Last bumped on Oct 24, 2020, 9:36:49 PM

" Negative, pure life regen Inquisitor (okay, 200 ES regen from ascendancy, but the shield gives me more ES than without, so it should be a higher degen not lower). Although the whole point of testing it was to combine it with Mind of the Council to shift 30% of the 40% of fire damage to mana burn. I did make sure to take off Mind of the Council and the bug still worked. |
