Summon Holy Relic Question

anyone know what ways i can scale damage for holy relics other then "minion damage" mods?

You can scale their damage same as any other minion. Baron + Strength + Iron Will for example will scale their damage. As a minion they do 100% physical spell damage, so applicable support gems will work. Geofri’s Legacy will also double your number of minions at the cost of an increased cooldown recovery time.

Holy Relic, like most minions, scale VERY strongly with gem level.

For example, dual wielding wands, each of which have +1 all skill gems, +1 all minion skill gems, will massively increase the base damage of Holy Relic.

Then there are the obvious things like +minion damage on gear, auras like hatred.

For really advanced users, Holy Relic does its damage aoe when you hit an enemy, it has an internal cooldown, so if you are really clever, you make your attacks per second JUST right to get the Holy Relic to proc as soon as the cooldown ends.
