Where Can I find crafted modifiers?

Title says it. I'm new and any kind of help regarding crafting will be appreciated. I'm specifically looking for the multiple modifiers mod and the prefix/suffix cannot be changed. Thanks in advance.

In game you should be able to look at all crafts you don't have, and it will tell you the location. You can also go to the crafting bench page on the wiki and look to find out.

What you are looking for specifically are collectively known as meta crafts, and they come from The Pale Court prophecy chain.

• Unbearable Whispers V - Prefixes cannot be changed
• The Unbreathing Queen V - Suffixes cannot be changed
• The Plaguemaw V - Cannot roll attack modifiers
• The Feral Lord V - Cannot roll caster modifiers

Each of the 4 will also drop a key fragment, all 4 will take you to The Pale Court where you obtain can craft 3 crafted modifiers.
