Overview of build

Well with reverse chill mines being the super meta build for lab runners, it's hard to compete against them with anything else, so I decided to try modify an already existing strong lab build (Toxic Rain) and add a few new things to it, to try give it more speed while it will probably never beat mines speed wise (hello Izaro skips) it does still output amazing movement speed and you can even still map efficiently on it!

So the build itself can achieve around 1,000% movement speed without chill (This is going from PoB fork numbers), there are a few core mechanics/items that are needed to make it work though.

Firstly we use this Timeless Jewel for the node "Chainbreaker" which grants us the ability to regenerate Rage, rage is OK but add Berserk to it and you've got MORE movement speed.

Next part, this belt grants Summon Greater Harbinger of Time, this blue guy grants us a buff which gives us 20% action speed and is also buffed by the dual Ichimonji's. The final ways in which the build works is the same as it has always been for lab runners, ALL THE MOVEMENT SPEED THINGS. Now downside to this belt is, the 10 second cooldown that comes from entering a new area thus making it not as amazing as reverse chill since that variation is consistent but it's still helpful :D.

If you aren't a fan of this you can always revert back to the Movement speed during flask effect String of Servitude.

Gear Section

You will be ideally grabbing this uber lab enchant too 30% Increased effect of Berserk or 30% Smoke Mine movement speed. For those who don't want to spend currency on a big bow, simply replace it with a Quill Rain or a generic 6L bow with +1 gems and crafted dot it will suffice for lab, I know my bow is a bit overkill but it was something I wanted to make this league.

Made this character after seeing your post on reddit, and it was a big mistake. Now all my, even relatively fast (200+ms) regular characters feel like goddamn snails. Game ruined.

Seriously though, I'm only lvl 86 on my PF, but it turned out to be just fine to farm regular uber lab. I plan to eventually do some mapping, get 95+, and try the harvest labs.

Overall great build, the only thing I could think of is some recommendation on a more budget bow, it's the most expensive piece of gear by far, and I'm sure people with less budget would appreciate some kind of idea before they get enough currency to either craft one themselves or buy it.

Yes the amount of movement speed it gives does ruin other builds a little. Bow wise it's just a generic dot bow for TR, quill rains/self made +1 bow will do just fine,

how is this build perform after ascendary changes?
I've just sorta started and did my first lab run. I don't have all my movement speed stuff yet because I'm lazy, but it felt like my dps was really low against Izaro? It was slow and I'm not sure why. Any help would be appreciated!

3.14 patchnotes regarding Chainbreaker keystone:
"
This Keystone no longer causes you to Lose 5 Rage when you Hit an Enemy, but now instead has Skills cost +3 Rage.
The Keystone allowed certain skills that either didn't hit such as Bane, or skills that didn't count as you such as Totems and Mines to completely bypass the downside.

That is to say: you are late to the party and there's a reason this thread has [3.12] in its title.
To add on what previous guy said, rage got hurt hard. I've been busy otherwise to sit and tinker with the build since changes, although I am working on it. Outside of running chainbreaker has very few uses these days sadly.
