PoeSmoother or similar

Can we use PoeSmoother? I have a really bad pc, far from even the minimum requirements and no perspective whatsoever to have money to buy a decent one soon enough. My situation in the game is so dire that even desabling the sounds and setting texture to very low in the production_Config file the game will only load my characters 1 out of 10 times (which is actually odd, since I played a lot in previous league with the same pc and a lot of lag, but the game was playable).

I would avoid a tool that says “for bots” in the description no matter how different the various versions are...

No; modifying the game client’s files is not allowed regardless of which program you use to do it.
