The Twins boss fight

Does it even exists in the game, and if it does, how to access it?
The patch notes says that The Twins encounter was added. Hoewever, the respective unique contract does not even exist in the game, zero match in the market in like a day after patch deployment. Should I complete 3 other bosses to spawn them or something? Last bumped on Oct 8, 2020, 2:54:45 PM

I am finding green quest heist again in maps, after 4 or so you get to speak with one of the twins and he declares war on you and the gang.
I asume i need to find more green contracts to get to the actual fight. As they are quest items they can not be traded. [Removed by Support] Once men turned their thinking over to machines in the hope that this would set them free. But that only permitted other men with machines to enslave them “The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. I assume that the twin is a special quest contract that cannot be traded.
I have done up till the storyline where

The cat is murder by the twin and thus we put a death mark on the twin
So apparently based on the quest text, the next part should be the boss fight itself EDIT : I spoke with some people who has done the fight, the twin is indeed in the game and the contract comes from the cache itself. However, its is super rare and apparently he only found 2 in 100 caches.
