[Xbox One X] Can't buy points.

Hello,

Some details that might help you guys to get the hand on the problem.

Location:
-> Current location: Romania
-> Account registered location: UK

Language:
-> Current in game language: English
-> Account display language: English (United States)

Network:
-> Currently console is linked to router using cable
-> No VPN
-> Firewall only from router software

Console:
-> I have latest updates

Payment linked to Microsoft account:
-> Revolut with Visa card and it is a virtual card

Problem:
1. Select character
2. Go to "Microtransactions"
3. Go to "Buy points"
4. Select "First blood pack" (it display price in "£")
5. Some simple loading in a modal window.
6. Error message:

"We're having a little trouble with this"
"Try restarting your console. If you're launching a game or app and you see this message again, uninstall and reinstall the item you're trying to launch. (0x80073cf0)"
Options to select: "Close" "Restart" "Help"

My actions until now:
1. Changed Microsoft location to my actual location
2. Changed payment card
3. Restarted several times
