Option to disable character sounds

I would love some sound options to disable character combat noises and character error speech. I am playing an Arc Scion and the loudest sound when I am playing is my Scion going "heeeya!" almost every time I cast. This volume is tied to sound effects I think so I cannot turn it down compared to the actual sound of gameplay and it becomes very obnoxious over time.

It would also be nice to have an option to disable error noises such as when you try to use an ability that is on cooldown and your character says a line.
