I dont understand Gianna, master of disguise, can someone explain

Firstly, it says: "Discover a blueprint reveal upon completion of heist contract mission"



I successfully completed 4 missions with her but got 1 reveal. Why? Is she bugged?

Secondly, in heist perks, it says that she has 20% discount when revealing blueprint details, but when I actually go to reveal it, it changes to 30%. What is happening?

Also, she opens doors by herself, without me telling her.
