FYI: You can see various different non-Rogue NPCs show up in the Rogue Harbor. Clients of the Ring?

So if you go to the right side of the Harbor (away from Adiyah and your stash) each time you load into the Harbor, you'll be able to catch various different familiar faces standing around there. It seems to be random and changes each time, but so far I've seen Cassia, Alva, Hargan, Lilly Roth, Rin Yuushu, Cameria, Guff and even It That Fled! Here's two of them who were in my Harbor when I was last there









I was surprised that no one seems to have posted about this here before. And before anyone asks, no you can't interact with them (they're not there to see you!). Just a nice little touch from GGG to make the Rogue Harbor less of a mere gameplay area and more a living part of the world of PoE. :)

Haha No kidding, thanks for bringing this post to everyone's attention. I really hadn't noticed before but here is IT That Fled in my instance :D

It's one of the NPCs who can change appearance... deception, I believe. You don't get them until later, which is why you didn't notice it.

If you read the flavor text of Heist items like contracts you can see that some customers are really easy to identify. Example: "Midnight Thinkerer".

It was a really good idea from the devs. Instead of it being a town hub it could be a private instance with random NPCs instead of players.

i saw Cassia in the bottom left corner (under Faustus and wakano), was surprised too, didn't noticed if the npc has changed the next times i went to rogue harbour.
