I'm playing, splitting steel build that dual-wields Beltimber blades which should give me +4 projectiles thrown but it looks like it is only affecting it when it separates. I don't quite know if this is meant to happen, or if it was supposed to affect both thrown projectiles and splitting projectiles. I would think that it would affect both projectiles as the ability has 2 stages that both use projectile.

Splitting Steel states "Modifiers to Number or Projectiles instead apply to number of targets Projectiles Splits towards".
