Can't access hideout in Heist

Hi there. I can't access my hideout or Aspirant's plaza without being kicked to the log-in screen. Delve mine and Menagarie seem to work fine, but the other 2 are inaccessible. My hideout is accessible with other Standard characters though.

Update: Aspirants Plaza works when I join EU or Asian gateways (I'm in USA), but not hideout still does not work for the league.

Update: It works on any non-USA server. Any hope to fix this?
