Anomalous Greater Volley not changing spread of freezing pulse

So I bought an Anomalous Greater Volley for my Freezing Pulse to increase the area I hit on my Flame Wall and the spread at even 20% is no different.
Normal Greater Volley  Anomalous Greater Volley  It really sucks that like one of two skills that this gem was made for doesn't work and I hope a quick fix can be implemented soon. Last bumped on Sep 21, 2020, 5:14:32 PM
