call of steel annoying gameplay

I started the league with the new shard skills and i must say, i'm disapointed by the limit of the mechanics. I know splitting steel is bugged right now, so i switched to shattering steel. I like the damage output when used with steel shards, but only 6 attacks before recasting call of steel? That's bad. I hate that i have 2 seconds of attacks then 1 second of casting and when i dont have my shards, steel attacks are really really bad. Here's what's wrong. 1 - Casting call of steel means you can't attack, so no life steal and you absolutly must do it to clear the screen, without both, you can't clear a pack. 2 - Call of steel does a nice explosion when paired with lord of steel, but the shard should be able to do some piercing damage to enemies as they come back to you. 3 - Bossing is a steel shard in the butt...hehe.. simply because you only have 6 hits with shattering steel before calling only 5 or 7 shards from the boss and then you need to cast call of steel to attack only 2-3 more times before calling it again. 4 - number 3 means it removes any ability to shotgun a boss. I dont want to get close just stop attacking every 2 seconds, that's an insta-death scenario. 5 - Can't shotgun properly, so i just move around, attack 2 seconds, keep running, cast call of steel, then move again, then attack and repeat. As a duelist it's a boring gameplay. 6 - lancing steel is just bad The steel skills could be so much better with 3 simple modifications: 1 - Have the possibility to add more steel shards on the tree like projectiles or support or items or enchantment, whatever. 2 - Shattering steel needs to cost only 1 shard MAXIMUM. 3 - Call of steel should always return your max amount of shards when it's a unique ennemy. I agree having so spam call of steel destroys this build for me, it literally sucks.
