Level 4/5 Companions

How do i level the Companions past lvl 3?

I have multiple Guys sitting on max xp lvl 3. I tried to run a level 3 contract with them, but that didnt gave them any xp. Is there a story point i need to hit for it or how does it work past lvl 3?

One thing to remember is that they said that there would be an update that added to Heist... that it wasn't completely ready at launch.

It might be that you don't WANT to level past three yet.

I hope not, because i have items for them where they have to be lvl 4/5^^

Seems weird to have the items ingame, but not the possibility to levle them that far. Lets hope they patch that soon if thats the case

my first and so far only item i got

oh and i thought i need to farm those chests in maps where u get the quest objects for the companions to get higher levels ^^
