Shackles of the Wretched do not reflect self casted socketed hexes

Tested with and without impending doom support with a couple different hexes.
Hexes give you a permanent blasphemy aura visual that does nothing and only goes away upon entering a new zone. No debuffs are given to the player, I checked with a resistance reduction hex and there was no change.

shackles def still not working in any form your curses legit just don't apply to you or mobs

Was about to post the same.
Using Shackles of the Wretched with Temporal Chains on self-cast, on a Juggernaut, no curse immunity at all, the curse is correctly put on the enemies but not on me at all.
