Final door in grand heist won't open
 I'm at the end of the heist, and the final door required lvl 2 engineering for which I brought Isla. I pressed z to have her open the door, but she just isn't doing the animation to open it. I tried going to the extraction point and running back to the door, but she neither opens it nor does the button to start opening it reappear. I have encountered the same issue. I pressed the button to let my lockpicker open it, he acknowledged and went for the door but did nothing. After that the door wasn't interactable and never opened.

Same bug, not due to Alert level (not even half)
Clicked on the icon, which disapeared and nothing then... |

Twice now i tried grand heist and twice this same issue happened. ran back to the beginning and back to the vault door, still nothing. Went and opened another lock picked door and it opened but the vault door still wont open. After you use the icon and it bugs out it doesn't give you an option to open it again. I am 2 for 2 on this bug and won't run grand heists until its fixed.

Same here. Grand Heist for alternate quality gem. I saw the description on the other side of the room. It was the one I wanted but ... the door did not open for me.
