Trial heist - what am I doing wrong?

I can't get the trial heist to start. I talk to Karst and go talk to Adiyah, place the contract in the slot, click on sign contract and get the message, "All roles must be filled."

No idea what I'm not doing.
It's just a game.

I imagine you have to assign a rogue to go with you on the heist, and possibly others in logistical support roles.

I don't see any options about assigning any rogues. I've talked to everyone in the Rogue Harbour. I have clearly missed someone or something.

Same thing, can click to assign but not able to actually start the heist, said something about must sign... WHERE?

I must be blind.
When you open the contract and assign the needed role(s), there is not a "sign" button at the bottom of the contract interface?
I'm having the same issue. The "Sign contract" button is grayed out and says that all roles must be assigned. Kruist is on the contract, but there's no option to assign roles. I don't get it.
I figured it out. There's a bug.

You click on Karst's portrait. It looks like he's already assigned, but he isn't. What I did was place a different low level contract with Adiyah, then it shows an empty portrait frame for who you're taking with you. I clicked on engineer (only one option) then canceled out of that contract and put the starting contract back in with Adiyah. Karst was still already assigned, but if you click on his portrait, I clicked around, I think I may have dragged one of them, but it then let me sign the contract.

Yea this worked, thank you
If you click on the portrait twice, once to select and once to confirm, the contract works.
No bug that I have noticed so far.

Or maybe it is a bug, because I did that many times, as well as others.
