Quarry / Harbour Bridge Farming in 3.12?

Will it be possible / worth it to farm Quarry, Harbour Bridge or any other campaign areas on 3.12?

I wonder what item restrictions\rewards will be pre-map and in maps

I think it is safer to roll something that can at least farm low red tier maps as first character. It's a league by league thing.
