Static noise

I have this weird static noise as soon as i enter the game. From that point on it persists until i get to the loading screen, then it disappears for a moment, and as i load in it comes back and is there until i quit again. I coincidently formatted my computer and it somehow still persisted. I obviously updated all the drivers i could think of as well. I have never had it in any other league, and it doesn't occur in other games. Please help before the league start next week!
Specs: Ryzen 3600 Asus TUF x570 PLUS MSI GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 6G Headphone: ATH-M50x I don't know what else to provide that is relevant, but please ask. edit: I had my headphones jack in my front audio and apparently that caused some interference that i experience nowhere else? A lot of things can interfere with sound signals, including nearby PC components. At the front of the PC, you're likely plugged in closer to the source of interference (most likely the chipset and/or RAM) than when plugged in at the back.
I had a set of speakers that sounded fantastic overall. But it turned out they had poor shielding, so they would buzz when close to my display in some situations. Electromagnetic radiation is funny like that. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

there is likely a problem with your front jack panel, maybe it's not grounded or it is in contact with the metal of the case. (not dangerous but it's noise inducing) ^^
maybe the wire from motherboard to front panel jack is not shielded enough so it gets electronical radiations from your graphic card. have same thing, for me its something with gcpu, cause at 120 fps it screams much louder, than at 60, the lower fixed max fps - less noise i can hear.

I have the same issue, only with PoE. The static noise stop when i'm on loading screen.

hey, Little bump, the static noise stopped after an update .... And comeback with the last one. I dont have any jack , i only use usb. Again, it's only with PoE. Il will see after moving all usb on front etc but it's really weird.
