"Vorici's" gloves affix for damage while leeching.

Is this craftable on gloves? Or is it ONLY on items that drop, and can't be put on an item manually?

Damage While Leeching is a Veiled Prefix Modifier that can be found on Gloves and Amulets. It is a signature Veiled Modifier from Vorici (as in, it can only spawn from Veiled Items that are dropped by Vorici encounters or Veiled Items dropped from non-Betrayal sources like Blight, Metamorph or Legion).

The strongest Damage While Leeching has a weight of 37-43%, costs 1 Exalted to craft, requires 4 unveiling to be unlocked and can be crafted on both Gloves and Amulets after that

Boy do I hate Jun maps, though. 0 FPS on that transportation phase... and I have no idea how to "farm" a certain person's drops, even after watching a couple guides.
