how to get cast on critical strike to work

I have a build where I have firestorm in a 4 link and another one in another 4 link the second one has COC so why is it not triggering

" because it doesn't work like that. You CAN'T make a multi skill setup --> you are only casting the one firestorm and not the other..... If you want it to work, then CoC have to be linked to that active firestorm gem that you are casting. |

" Yep, my bad. Forgot that it only work with attacks --> Must support both an attack skill and a spell skill to work. The attack skill will trigger a spell when it critically strikes an enemy. Cannot support totems, traps, or mines. Vaal skills, channelling skills, and skills that reserve mana cannot be triggered. But you still can't make a "multi skill" setup like you have tried.
