Banned for using Yolomouse

First, Im not english speaker so maybe this is really hard to read.
Sorry about that.

I got banned for "Third Party Software".
I only use Yolomouse at that moment.


When LeagueStart, i used PoE Overlay/Exilence Next/Yolomouse.
After I got 36challenge, I quit league(1month from HarvestLeagueStart), then i had came back for next league to try other builds.

I only run Yolomouse at that moment.
Because just Im lazy.

I create witch for BaronNecro.
I did some trade for leveling/required gear and make progress Act part1.
In Act4 after killing Piety, I had sent PoE to background for watching stream and rest.
When I bring PoE front, I had disconnected from server.

Yeah thats it. i got banned.

Is Yolomouce actually bannable software now?
or PoE Overlay/Exilence Next?

I send message to GGG Support but after 5days still no response.

Anyone knows about other famous software being bannable?

Nothing wrong with Yolomouse as per Chris Wilson himself. You were banned for something else, and those kinds of bans don't have to be for something you're using "at that moment".

Overlay has definitely caused people some account ban/lock headaches though.

i use yolomouse and i'm fine so it wasn't for that.

Yeah, there is a Reddit post somewhere where Chris Wilson said Yolomouse was acceptable. The server shouldn’t even register Yolomouse in use...it literally does nothing beyond the visual. I’ve never used the other two, but the pictures for PoE-Overlay appear to manipulate the default description box for items. If that is true than it interacts with the server = bot level violation. I’m also not entirely sure how Exilence Next treats group play analysis. I could see this easily pulling data from the server. I’m not saying either overlay breach the ToS, but I would personally be very skeptical of either without doing much more research myself.

yolo mouse dose not interfere with the game and as such isn't bannable, it was also stated by Chris that it was fine to use.
Yolo mouse is the only thing you ADMIT to using.

If you've emailed them then wait, don't try to bump the mail to get seen because you only make it take longer, they have also been dishing out a lot of bans recently so will be dealing with a backlog or "unban me " requests, and you won't be told specifics...they will review the case and decide then if the evidence they have gathered warrants a ban.
